Thornbury Nursing Services refer a nurse program: Terms and Conditions
There are more ways to earn with Thornbury via our refer a nurse program. All you need to do is refer a nurse to Thornbury, and when they complete an assignment with us, we’ll say thanks with a $500 cash bonus.
Eligibility: This scheme applies to nurses who are currently registered with Thornbury Nursing Services
- How to earn your bonus:
Refer a registered nurse who meets the following criteria, to Thornbury Nursing Services, and following completion of their assignment, you’ll receive a cash payment of $500:
- Med/Surg
- Telemetry
- PACU
- Critical Care
- Emergency Room
- Operating Room
- Labor and Delivery
- Mother Baby
- Ambulatory Surgery
- NICU
- Oncology
- Skilled Nursing
2. How to claim your bonus:
You will need to contact the recruitment team as soon as your referral completes their assignment with Thornbury Nursing Services.
3. General terms
A. It is your responsibility to ensure all relevant information is given at the point of recommendation. This information cannot be provided or amended retrospectively, and failure on the part of the recommender to supply this information when submitting a recommendation will render you ineligible to receive any payment under this scheme, for the registration of that individual.
B. In line with data protection regulations, you as the recommender confirm you understand that Thornbury Nursing Services cannot release any information relating to a recommended nurse’s application, current registration status, or any other personal information with the exception of confirmation of completion of their assignment, for the purposes of confirming when your bonus will be paid.
C. A recommended nurse’s application will be reviewed against our recruitment criteria to assess and ensure suitability. Any decision made on prospective applicants is at the sole discretion of Thornbury Nursing Services, and as such, no payment will be due for referrals of nurses who do not meet our recruitment criteria or fail to successfully complete their registration with us.
D. The number of nurses whom you can refer to us is limitless.
E. Nurses can only confirm one individual as their referrer and payments cannot be split or shared between multiple parties.
F. Claims made for referrals of nurses prior to the commencement of the scheme will not be considered as part of this promotion.
G. Recommended nurses must not have previously registered with or worked for Thornbury Nursing Services in the previous 12-month period from when the referral is made.
H. Recommendation of health professionals other than those listed above is excluded from this scheme.
- Bonus payment:
A. $500 cash bonus will be paid to you, the recommender, on the condition the recommended nurses completes an assignment with Thornbury Nursing Services within 12 months of registering.
B. Payment(s) will be made within 14 days of the recommendee completing their assignment with Thornbury Nursing Services and on the condition, all other necessary terms and conditions are met.
C. All bonus payments are subject to tax deduction. Bonus payments are non-transferable.
D. Bonus payments will be paid once you have contacted the recruitment team as soon as your referral has completed their assignment with Thornbury Nursing Services and once they meet all necessary terms and conditions
E. Both recommender and recommendee must be registered with Thornbury Nursing Services for a referral payment to be valid. Should you leave Thornbury Nursing prior to claiming your bonus, you will not be eligible for payment.

A. Thornbury Nursing Services reserves the right to claims if all the terms and conditions have not been met.
B. Thornbury Nursing Services reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this scheme at its absolute discretion.
C. Thornbury Nursing Services reserves the right to withdraw this scheme at any time and is under no obligation to inform candidates, introduce a replacement scheme or offer compensation.
